Admitted to using a vehicle on Chickerell Road, Weymouth on July 2, 2023, which was not constructed that at least part of the apparent surface of the nearside and offside rear position lamps required to be fitted would be visible when the vehicle was viewed from a point directly behind the lamps with every moveable part of the vehicle in a fixed open position. Fined £72 and must pay a surcharge of £28.
ALEXANDER GRINDLE, aged 23, of Spa Road, Weymouth. Admitted to using a car without third-party insurance on Dorchester Road, Weymouth on October 27, 2023. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fined £350. Must also pay £110 in court costs and a surcharge of £140.
LEILA WYKES, aged 46, of Pipit Close, Weymouth. Admitted to driving a car on Lanehouse Rocks Road, Weymouth without due care and attention on August 2, 2023. Also admitted to being the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident and failing to report the accident. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points and fined £280.
