List of bus services affected by A52 QMC roundabout closure this weekend
Nottingham City Transport has warned that several of its services[1] could be delayed due to repair works at the Queen’s Medical Centre[2] roundabout. National Highways is currently carrying out bridge repairs and utility works on a bridge after it was damaged by a lorry crash in 2018.
The works will be taking place until summer 2025, with road closures in force again this weekend. Part of the Queen’s Medical Centre roundabout and other nearby roads will be closed from 8pm on Friday, October 18 until Monday, October 21 at 6am.
Bus services affected include the 34, 34C, 35, 35A, 35B, 36, 36U, 53, 53B and 54 routes. In a service update on its website, the transport provider states: “Bridge repairs and utility works are taking place on the QMC[3] roundabout until summer 2025. These works will delay services, especially at peak times.”
