Norfolk couple killed in crash in Scotland

A couple from Norfolk has been killed in a crash in Scotland.

The collision, which involved a white Ford Fiesta car and a while Vauxhall Vivaro van, happened on the A9 between Inverness and Aviemore on Monday.

The occupants of the car, Teresa Dyer, 45, and Gareth Watts, 43, were both from the Norfolk area and were pronounced dead at the scene.

The two men in the Vivaro van were taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness for treatment and later discharged. Advertisement Advertisement

The road was closed for around seven hours to allow for an investigation at the scene.
