Coach and tipper truck crash on Hampshire motorway

Several ambulances, police officers and recovery vehicles responded after a coach went into the back of a tipper truck in the outside lane between Junctions 5 and 4 on Wednesday, April 29. A witness told the Echo the coach driver was "pinned" at the scene.

He said he saw a "school coach into the back of a lorry - three other vehicles on the side of the road and another one further up that looked like something had gone up the back of it".

Traffic is crawling at 11mph following the crash, with delays of 35 minutes being reported.
